[dmarc-discuss] How does *this* mailing list interact with dmarc?

If you look at the code we published
(https://github.com/linkedin/dmarc-msys) this is the solution I'm taking.
Detecting and then manually Whitelisting mailing lists. This part is still
experimental, but should be enough for us.

I should post an update to the code soon as I needed the logging to be
more complete to generate aggregate reports.
