p=reject tells the receiver to reject, this isn't a case of false
positives.   Nothing would have to be added to everyone's DMARC record
unless they wanted to advise others what to do in the special cases of
Mailinglists and Forwards (the 2 well known cases that have, and will,
cause much strife for adopters of DMARC)

It would be nice for the locals to see your preference for overrides.
