[dmarc-discuss] How does *this* mailing list interact with dmarc?

If they can reliably detect mailing lists and forwarders, why do they need
to wait for every domain on the internet to add something to their DMARC
record to tell them it's ok to fix obvious false positives?  These are
already expected to be local policy overrides.
