[dmarc-discuss] Received a Yahoo DMARC Report!

I'm so sluggish to notice the header subject of aggregate reports is composed totally by ASCII characters, now I have removed the utf-8 encoding of report subjects.


You guys can see new ones tomorrow as just like:
Subject: Report Domain: example.com Submitter: example.com Report-ID: <aggr_report_example_20120607_163.com>
